The absence of a formal process has led to contingent workers being permitted on-site and working without engagement contracts or employment status classifications. These workers are usually identified when submitting invoices, enabling the client to retroactively address these issues.
The project lead for the client is looking to establish a control framework to replace the current system. 4 Quarters is collaborating on the development of a change management plan that the project lead will present for internal approval. If granted, 4 Quarters will support the implementation of the change management plan.
The client possesses a sophisticated control framework for onboarding, classifying, and compensating their contingent workforce. However, interactions with their hiring managers have resulted in avoidable challenges for the operations team. In response to this, the client sought an on-site workshop to enlighten the hiring managers on the importance of the onboarding processes and the consequences of errors. 4 Quarters collaborated with the client's operational team to develop a comprehensive training plan, and Ray conducted the workshop at the client's premises. We received positive feedback from all parties on the day of the event. However, we will continue to stay in touch in case any future enhancements are needed.

We conducted an initial discovery session to gather their requirements. Our team worked on the content offline, reviewed an initial draft with the client, made necessary refinements, and published the final content by the end of the day.
